The Doctors: “A Chair That Treats Incontinence”

Millions of women throughout the US experience some form of urinary incontinence, which can be caused by stress, exercise, childbirth, menopause, or a number of other things. This affliction impacts the lives of women of all ages, but you don’t have to live in discomfort. With Emsella, patients have access to a quick, easy, and FDA-approved treatment right here in Charlotte. 95% of patients who experience the Emsella Chair report positive changes in their incontinence symptoms, without the discomfort or inconvenience of other methods of treatment. Emsella benefits women from the first session with the results of around 12,000 Kegel exercises in only 28 minutes.

On a recent episode of The Doctors, two patients experienced the Emsella Chair in real time. Obviously at ease in the fully clothed, anesthesia-free process, the two answered questions about how they felt in the treatment so far. In addition to this, urogynecologist Dr. Red Alinsod outlined the Emsella process and results from his experience as a provider. In a later episode, the patients returned after six sessions of Emsella to report back on their symptoms. Nancy said, “My confidence is way up…this worked for me.” Learn more about who can be helped by Emsella, how it works, and how long it takes. See the segments below:
